DownloadFileController — 下载文件

下载文件：远程文件重定向到签名 URL，本地文件走下载响应。
方法

逻辑
- 远程文件（
$File->remote）：获取下载 URL 后302重定向 - 本地文件：
FileHelper::combinedFilePath(Path::storage(), $File->filePath)后返回$this->response->download() - 文件不存在返回
404
