ResponseDownload — 文件下载响应

将本地文件以附件下载形式输出的响应。构造后由框架 output() 输出 HTTP 头（Content-Disposition: attachment）与文件内容。支持 Range 断点续传与下载速率限制。

__construct(Request $R, $filePath, $downloadFileName = null, $rateLimit = false) — 构造
解析文件路径信息，设置下载文件名（未指定时用源文件 basename）、扩展名、大小与速率限制。

protected。开启速率限制时用
fread分块输出并sleep(1)限速；否则按$readFile决定用readfile或file_get_contents+echo。

output() — 输出下载响应
输出 Accept-Ranges / Content-Length / Content-type（application/x-扩展名）/ Content-Disposition: attachment 头。支持 Range 断点续传（返回 206 Partial Content）；文件不存在输出空内容。
